2011

With the launch of the first format of the three major training events focused on Leadership, Sales, and Personal Growth, Performance Strategies is born. Alongside the most prominent figures on the Italian scene, some of the world’s leading thinkers take the stage as speakers.

2015

The Forum concept is created designed as a true developmental journey that goes beyond training, thanks to contributions from the academic world. The company’s international vocation takes off, bringing to Italy renowned speakers such as Robert Cialdini, Daniel Goleman, and Renée Mauborgne.

2017

Exponential growth: alongside Performance Strategies, which has established a strong and distinctive position in the business sector, Life Strategies is born a business unit focused on personal growth, with a different yet complementary spirit. It attracts scientists and speakers of the caliber of John Gray, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, and James Redfield.

2018

This is the year the publishing house is launched: ROI Edizioni, dedicated to publishing books on strategic business and personal development topics. Performance Strategies and Life Strategies merge into ROI Group, completing the vision of building a broad ecosystem of knowledge.

2019

ROI Group launches the Corporate division, responding to the needs of major Italian companies eager to take part in Performance Strategies events not only to meet their teams’ needs for learning and inspiration, but above all as a space for business, matching, and networking.

2020

All the Group’s energy is focused on responding to the pandemic, through workshops, digital events, and seminars featuring the world’s leading figures in personal and professional growth meeting the reskilling needs required to face the new challenges of both business and individual development.

2022

The year of true recovery, when event audiences once again fill the venues. ROI Group’s focus with both in-person and online offerings is on supporting companies that, once again, find themselves navigating the turbulence caused by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, yet remain determined to draw inspiration and strategies from the insights of leading international experts.

2023

From over a decade of experience with Performance Strategies, ROI Group launches a new business division, today known as ROI Speaker+, to meet the growing demand from companies and organizations seeking the inspiration and educational contributions of top international business thinkers in the fields of human sciences, enterprise, management, and sports.

2025
